Han Kang, Cécile Pin and Tom Crewe longlisted for the 2023 Prix Femina Etranger

The longlist for the 2023 Prix Femina Etranger has been revealed in France, featuring Han Kang, Cécile Pin and Tom Crewe in the foreign language category. Han Kang is on the longlist for her novel Impossibles adieux, published by Grasset and translated from Korean into French by Kyungran Choi and Pierre Bisiou; Cécile Pin for her debut novel Les Âmes errantes, published by Stock and translated from English into French by Carine Chichereau; and Tom Crewe is for his debut La Vie nouvelle, published by Christian Bourgois and translated from English into French by Etienne Gomez.

Chosen for the awards are sixteen French novels and seventeen foreign langauge novels. The list of finalists will be unveiled on October 24th, with the award winners being announced on November 6th.
