Daniel Beer Wins Cundill History Prize
We are delighted to announce that Daniel Beer has won the Cundill History Prize 2017 for The House of the Dead.
In its tenth year, the Cundill History Prize recognizes and rewards the best history writing in English. The prize is awarded annually to the book that embodies historical scholarship, originality, literary quality and broad appeal.
