Yannis Palaiologos was born in Athens in 1979 and holds an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) and a postgraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Oxford. He is a features reporter for Kathimerini newspaper in Athens and can speak English, Greek and French. His book, The 13th Labour of Hercules (Portobello, 2014), explores the Greek financial crisis. Palaiologos lives in Athens.
