Chloe Mitchell
Dr Chloe Paidoussis Mitchell is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an expert in trauma, loss and grief, with more than 25 years of experience in the field. She is author of The Loss Prescription which will be published by HarperCollins in April 2024, offering readers personalised tools to help heal their mental health in the face of grief and loss.
Dr Chloe was born and raised in Athens and now lives in London where she runs a successful private practice, offering therapy and coaching to help people from all walks of life to overcome impoverished mental health and foster wellbeing the face of adversity, loss and crisis. She is the author of a number of articles on mental health and grief and has now appeared on CNN, BBC Radio 2's Breakfast Show and a number of radio talk shows and podcasts, as well as in print for Huffington Post, Daily Telegraph and The Guardian discussing mental ill health and grief. In 2022 she was invited to lead a Guardian Masterclass on "How to cope with grief and loss." She is a longstanding lecturer at the Existential Academy and New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London, and has been a visiting lecturer on a number of psychology programmes including Cambridge University Executive MBA teaching Mental Fitness and Resilience for Mental Health and Wellbeing.
