Paul Laity is an editor at the London Review of Books. He has written for the London Review of Books, the Guardian, New Statesman, Daily Telegraph, FT, Vogue, National Geographic and Cabinet Magazine. He has also judged the Samuel Johnson (now Baillie Gifford) Non-Fiction Prize, the Costa Biography Prize and the Orwell Prize for Political Writing. His book Cranks is forthcoming from Penguin Press.
