Murder in Midwinter

It’s winter at the beautiful, historic Oxford college of Walsingham. But instead of enjoying the seasonal cheer, lovely old Professor Lowell is beaten to a pulp in his study.

Dog-lover and reluctant sleuth Anna Hopkins works at the college. She can’t understand why anyone would want to kill the kind and gentle scholar.

It turns out that Anna’s friend and fellow dog walker, Isadora Salzman, was a student with Lowell in the 1960s. Isadora and Lowell were both members of the secret group known as the Oxford Six.

One by one, the surviving members are targeted. And Isadora is next on the list.

In the depths of midwinter, long buried secrets will come to light. Can the Oxford dog walkers protect their friend and bring a murderer to justice?
