Molly Pepper Steemson is a writer from London, and her debut novel, WANTING, will be published in 2027. She has written for, and guest-edited, Vittles, and her work has appeared in The Paris Review, the FT Weekend Magazine, The Independent, TANK, Apollo and Literary Review. In the decade before she started writing, she worked in the restaurant industry, and appetite and drunkenness remain major preoccupations. Her favourite things to criticise are fine art, classical music, books, and restaurants—particularly the latter, as she is almost always hungry.
