Becky Brown

Becky is a literary estates and backlist specialist. She joined RCW Literary Agency in 2025, having previously worked for AM Heath, Bloomsbury, Pan Macmillan and Curtis Brown, where she co-founded the Curtis Brown Heritage estates division in 2017.

Becky was jointly awarded Literary Agent of the Year at the British Book Awards in 2024 and her pioneering work with estates has been profiled in the New Yorker, Sunday Times and on the podcast The Rest is Entertainment.

Becky is a Trustee of the Strachey Trust - which promotes access to manuscripts for historians, biographers and other researchers - and is a regular anthologist for the Macmillan Collector’s Library.
