Biography

Rosie Harris (1925 - 2024) was the author of over 30 works of romantic fiction. They were mainly set in Liverpool and Cardiff in the 1920s and 1930s.

Rosie started writing in the 1950s and, as a freelance journalist, wrote for the Liverpool Echo and many national magazines on fashion, homemaking and health topics under her real name, Marion Harris.

Throughout the 1960s she ran her own agency – Regional Feature Service – supplying articles on a wide variety of topics to provincial newspapers.
