Róisín O'Shea

Róisín O’Shea was born in West London to Irish parents in 1996 and moved to Dublin at the age of three. She is an author, archivist, and editor. Her published work spans poetry, short fiction, journalism, and cultural analysis, and has appeared in several national publications, including the Irish Times. She is Project Manager for the Cormorant, a literary broadsheet based in Sligo, where her work centres on elevating emerging voices in contemporary Irish literature. Róisín is currently working on a book about the poet Freda Laughton provisionally entitled ALL THE FLOWERS which will be published by Faber and Faber in the UK and Scribner in the US.

Róisín lives in County Sligo, Ireland, with her husband and their cat, Camilo Cienfuegos O’Shea.
