Mark Leggatt is an author based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is the author of five novels, and his latest work PENITENT has been longlisted for the 2023 Scottish Crime Book of the Year, the McIlvanney Prize.

He has twice topped Blackwell’s bestseller charts, and has appeared at literary festivals in the UK, EU and the US.
