Tine Høeg

Tine Høeg (b.1985) is a Danish writer whose debut novel, Nye Rejsende (New Passengers), won Bogforum’s Debutantpris, the Danish prize for the year’s best debut work of literary fiction. Its adaptation by the Royal Danish Theatre in 2018 sold out and received great critical acclaim. Her second novel, Tour de Chambre (published in English as Memorial, 29 June) went straight into the bestsellers list and won the Edvard P Prize and was also adapted to the stage by the Royal Danish Theatre, with great success. Her third book, Sult (Hunger) was a huge success and was adapted by Netflix in 2025 under the title A Copenhagen Love Story. It has now been streamed close to ten million times. Tine lives in Copenhagen.
