Martin Rowson is a political cartoonist, novelist, satirist and great company in the pub. His first novel Snatches was published by Jonathan Cape as was his brilliant memoir Stuff, which was longlisted for the Samuel Johnson Prize. His other publications include comic book adaptations of The Waste Land, Tristram Shandy, Gulliver’s Travels and The Communist Manifesto and an updated rendition of Holbein’s The Dance of Death.
